ROMA TO KICK OFF PRE-SEASON ON MONDAY
Roma’s preparations for the 2018-19 season will officially begin on Monday – as players and staff settle in for a two-week training camp at the club’s Trigoria training centre.
In a change from recent seasons, Eusebio Di Francesco’s first team squad will remain in the Italian capital as pre-season gets underway, with the training camp running from July 9-20.
The squad will train twice a day, morning and afternoon, and stay at the training ground throughout the camp.
Two friendly matches have also been arranged, against local opposition.

Following the conclusion of the training camp, the players will fly out to the United States to compete in this season’s International Champions Cup – where they will face Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona and Real Madrid in three high-quality contests.
The Serie A season gets underway on the weekend of August 18-19, with the fixture list set to be officially revealed later this month.
