HELLAS VERONA 3-0 AC MILAN

After back-to-back wins in the league and Cup it was a revitalised AC Milan that arrived in Verona. However, in front of their own fans Hellas promised to avenge the midweek TIM Cup loss at San Siro.

Hellas were forced into two first half substitutions. The replacements for Mattia Valoti and Alessio Cerci were to make a lasting impact.

Daniel Bessa and Moise Kean put the Rossoneri to the sword. And as much as the visitors pushed forward even a consolation goal was beyond them as AC Milan suffered a first league defeat under Gennaro Gattuso.
