AC MILAN: NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The shareholders' meeting of AC Milan S.p.A., which took place today, has announced the new Board of Directors following the acquisition by Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux of the entire stake in the company, equal to the 99,93% owned by Fininvest in AC Milan S.p.A.
Following the appointments, the new Board of Directors will be made up of: Yonghong Li, who will be the Club's Chairman, Marco Fassone, the Club's CEO and Lu Bo, Roberto Cappelli, David Han Li, Marco Patuano, Xu Renshuo, Paolo Scaroni.
