VENEZIA: LUCA LEZZERINI UNDERGOES SUCCESSFUL SURGERY

Venezia FC announce that goalkeeper Luca Lezzerini has undergone successful surgery on his torn right hip flexor, an injury sustained at Torino in Giornata 25 of the 2021/22 Serie A season.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Lasse Lempainen at the Mehiläinen NEO Hospital in Finland.

Lezzerini, 26, will soon begin his rehabilitation, while medical and training staff have not yet specified his expected return.
