"Receiving a recognition is always a pleasure, but my great happiness and my pride are to see the boys who are committed and work hard every day, never sparing themselves. They are doing a fantastic job, this is a recognition not only for me, but also for my staff that does its best to help and grow the team, and especially for the boys because they are the protagonists who take the field every week giving their best.
The lunch that was held on Thursday with the team had been planned for some time, obviously, we didn't take anything away from the preparation, on the contrary, we trained intensely for two weeks to face the game on Monday. These are moments that help the group to stay together, to continue to know each other, and strengthen the bond.
The team has been focused since the beginning of the championship, now we are experiencing an interesting moment and we hope to continue on this path. We are working at our best to face the games ahead.
Monday will be a tough challenge against a direct opponent. We've prepared as well as ever and we'll be there with the right spirit and the desire to do well.
Manaj has been working very well for a long time, both for himself and for the team, and in the last games, he has given us a lot. He works hard in the offensive phase, but he can also give a hand in the defensive phase and he has earned the trust of his teammates. Others like Strelec and Antiste are also working hard, seeing the work they do in training is stimulating for everyone, every time we will try to make the right choice for the game we are going to face.
We have to go on as we are doing, day after day, with commitment and responsibility, so the results will come. Without work we can't bring anything home, results have to be earned and the team up to now has been rewarded for its commitment.
I always agree with the decisions made by the relevant organizations. The choice of the referee was certainly thought out and evaluated and I believe it is the right choice. However, we just have to think about playing and doing our job, without any other thoughts.
Our goal is clear in front of us, we are doing our best day after day to continue on the path we have started and arrive prepared for the games that await us."
