THIAGO MOTTA COACH OF THE MONTH FOR JANUARY

The award will be presented to Spezia coach in the pre-match of
Spezia vs Fiorentina

The Coach Of The Month award for January has been assigned to Spezia coach Thiago Motta. The trophy will be presented during the pre-match of Spezia vs Fiorentina, scheduled for Monday 14th February 2022 at 8.45pm at the "Alberto Picco” stadium in La Spezia.

The award was assigned by a jury of Directors of sports media who evaluated each coach on the basis of technical and sporting criteria and the quality of play of their teams, as well as their behaviour/fair play during matches.

For the final calculation were considered the matchdays from 20 to 24 of Serie A TIM 2021/2022.

"An under-40 coach and the team with the lowest average age of starting XI in Serie A TIM are proving to be a winning combination. The month of January has seen the Spezia led by Thiago Motta win three consecutive matches that have brought important points for the goals of the Ligurian team.
