THE RED AND BLACKS' SCHEDULE FOR JULY
The 2017/18 season of AC Milan officially starts in July, a month rich of exciting moments is about to start.
Monday and Tuesday, 3-4 July, the players will be back at Milanello to undergo medical and athletic tests. On Wednesday 5, the whole squad - excluding the internationals - will gather at the Red and Blacks' Sports Centre for the first double training session of the new season, with the fans who will have the opportunity to see the boys in training. The first friendly match will be played in Switzerland against Lugano, where the Rossoneri will take on the home side, Tuesday 11 July at 7 pm CEST, at the Comunale Cornaredo Stadium.
With the Europa League third qualifying round draw on 14 July, AC Milan will find out his first European opponents. It will be then time to start the Chinese tour. In Asia, among other exclusive events, two big clashes will take place against Borussia Dortmund (on 18 July, at 1.20 pm CEST, in Guangzhou) and Ancelotti's Bayern Munich (22 July, at 11.35 CEST, in Shenzhen).
As AC Milan come back from the International Champions Cup, the squad will have the first taste of Europe. Montella and his boys will be playing in the two-leg third preliminary round, two crucial games to make it into the playoffs, with the first leg being played on 27 July.
