SARRI: "WE DEFENDED WELL"
Juventus' coach Maurizio Sarri spoke to the microphones at the end of the game against Milan. The Bianconeri won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Paulo Dybala.
"We were willing to suffer; the spirit was the right one. We had to play with more quality because we missed a lot and gave the ball away in different situations, but in the end the desire to win prevailed. When you play seven games in 20 days you risk getting a little drained on a nervous level rather than a physical one. Milan pulled on goal, but almost always from outside the area, we defended well."
On Higuain: "For us, he is becoming a fundamental player, who knows how to communicate with his teammates, who sacrifices himself and is always willing to assist."
On Ronaldo: "He should be thanked because he made himself available despite not being in optimal conditions. In the last month he has had this discomfort in his knee and this "a little problem" for him."
