SARRI: "THIS MATCH WILL REQUIRE A HIGHLY FOCUSED EFFORT"
“Tomorrow I expect highly intense commitment, nobody should be focused on Milan’s challenge but I want my team to be hone in on tomorrow’s match because Legia are a tough team”. Maurizio Sarri is determined and strict and he launches a precise statement at the eve of match day 2 of the Europa League.
“It wasn’t an easy match, indeed I know we will have many difficulties to overcome. Legia are a high-quality team and they will do their best. They have two strong wingers and a superb striker. Duda will make the bench and this is a great advantage. He is a midfielder to be wary of however I’m aware we are going to face a tough game”.
Do you intend to apply turnover? “I don’t want to declare who’s going to play tomorrow, it’s my issue because firstly I speak with my players next I release my decision. I haven’t decided the final formation yet. I left out Hamsik, Insigne and Hysaj in order to have a rest. However I still don’t know who is going to replace them”.
“What really matter is that nobody has to be concerned about Milan’s challenge. We are going to play against a great team, in a wonderful stadium and I perfectly know that our opponent will make us work really hard during the game. I trust my squad and I’m sure that we will have the same grit even if we play with new men. I would be relished that who is going to play tomorrow would prove his value because it would mean that the team had learnt the right shape of mind”.
