RUDIGER: "YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME QUIT"
The German national team have confirmed that Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has been ruled out of Euro 2016.
A statement released on the German FA's official website on Tuesday evening read: "The Germany international [Antonio Rudiger] has been ruled out of the European Championship after rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during Die Mannschaft's first training session in Evian."
"You may see me struggle, but you will never see me quit!" Rudiger posted on social media. "Thanks for all your get well soon wishes!".
