POLI: "PROUD OF MY 100 APPEARANCES WITH AC MILAN"
At the Milan Megastore to greet the fans, together with Gigio Donnarumma, Andrea Poli spoke to Milan TV touching on several topics: the 100 appearances in red and black, Milan-Juve, coach Montella, Allegri and a lot more.
100 APPEARANCES IN RED AND BLACK
"It’s an important goal and this means a lot in such a difficult period for the club. It surely has increased my sense of belonging to AC Milan. I have fond memories of these 100 matches, it was a goal I wanted to reach and I am really proud".
SECOND PLACE IN THE LEAGUE
"We are playing really well. We want to keep winning by giving 100% every match ".
MONTELLA FOOTBALLER
"We played together with Samp, he was a really strong player, a great striker. He was a great professional, and focused on the details. It’s strange to have him as a manager but he surely was one of the strongest strikers in Italy".
DID MONTELLA HAVE THE MENTALITY OF A MANAGER WHEN HE WAS PLAYING?
"I can’t remember. But today we are playing great football with him, and we hope to carry on like this ".
