PARMA: AFTERNOON TRAINING TODAY
Parma continue the preparation to the Sunday's home match against Lazio, Serie A TIM 9th Round.
Yesterday the Gialloblu were training yesterday morning with a double session. Under instruction from Roberto D’Aversa, the morning featured core stability work before strength training and directional change work. In the afternoon, the activation work was followed by possession work and a three-team competition on a small section of the pitch.
Leo Stulac was back from international duty and he trained separately. Alessandro Deiola and Alessandro Bastoni spent the entire session alongside their teammates. There was individual work for Gervinho and Alberto Grassi. Jacopo Dezi and Gianni Munari followed trained personally. Federico Dimarco and Francisco Sierralta both received treatment.
