1992: Parma's first Coppa Italia
On 14th May 1992 Parma won the Coppa Italia for the first time, beating Juventus 2-0 at the "Tardini" in the return match, after the 0-1 suffered in the first match in Turin. Osio scored in the 45th minute and Melli in the 61st minute.

2000: Batistuta in Fiorentina history
On May 14, 2000, the last day of Serie A 1999/00, Fiorentina overcame at the "Franchi" the Venice 3-0 with a hat-trick of Gabriel Omar Batistuta, in his last appearance with the Viola shirt. The Argentine striker with those 3 goals rose to 152 goals, surpassing Kurt Hamrin as the all-time top scorer in the history of the Tuscan club in the Serie A single-round championship.

2016: Higuain breaks Nordahl's record
Gonzalo Higuain scored a hat-trick on the final matchday of the 2015/16 season, 14 May 2016, in Napoli-Frosinone 4-0, and ended his Serie A season with 36 goals, surpassing the record of Gunnar Nordahl, who scored 35 goals in the 1949/50 season with AC Milan and until then the highest scorer in a single-round Serie A tournament. Higuain's 36 goals were then equalised by Ciro Immobile (Lazio) in the 2019/20 season.
