NEXT UP TOTTENHAM ON INTER SUMMER TOUR
After the adventure in the United States, the Inter Summer Tour 2016 has moved to Europe. Oslo is the next destination, where Inter face Tottenham at Ullevaal Stadion on Friday 5 August at 17:00 CEST.
The friendly signals the beginning of the final phase of the Nerazzurri's pre-season and there are two more friendlies still to play after the Spurs test: Inter face Borussia Monchengladbach at the Stadio Cornero in Ancona on Wednesday 10 August and Celtic at Thomond Park in Limerick on Saturday 13 August – the final fixture of the International Champions Cup 2016.
It will be a special game against Mauricio Pochettino's side: the two clubs have crossed paths four times in the last six years, regularly serving up spectacular and exciting contests. Two that stand out in particular are the 4-3 win at San Siro in the Champions League 2010/11 group stages and the stunning effort to win 4-1 in the last 16 of the Europa League 2012/13, which almost clinched qualification to the next round.
