MONTELLA: "WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CLINICAL"

The Red and Black boss is surely not happy after the defeat but is still positive that his team can reach the objective and will bounce back in the final games of the season. These were Vincenzo Montella's words in his interview to Milan TV after the 1-2 defeat.

THE MATCH
"We're really disappointed, also for our fans who were at San Siro; they backed us until the very last second. We should have played better in the last 20 metres and should have been more precise. We're still sixth, we must continue fighting and improve. We have to focus only on ourselves, we have everything it takes to climb up the table. It wasn't easy to create more chances than we did today, we should have been more clinical".

INDIVIDUALS
"Lapadula? He's got great temperament, he always wants to do well. I'm happy for him because he hadn't played that much in the last games. Romagnoli? He was not at one hundred percent. Honda is a great professional, I saw Suso a bit tired and Keisuke could do well. He showed he feels is a part of this group".

CONDITION
"Physically the team is fine, nothing lets me think that we could lose another game like this. The boys are giving everything they have. We still have to improve and we still have five really important games to reach our goal".
