MONTELLA: "PLEASED WITH THE TEAM'S SPIRIT"
After the precious win against CSU Craiova, Vincenzo Montella addressed the media showing how pleased he is with this 0-1.
THE RESULT
"It's a positive result. I am pleased with the team's spirit and attitude. We could have scored more goals but in this moment of the season, this can happen. Craiova are a team not to underestimate and they have shown it tonight, they managed to trouble us in some occasions.
THE TEAM
"The boys are willing to make themselves available, both the new and the old players. They still need time to learn how to play together, to know the characteristics of their teammates. 3-man or 4-man defence? When we have the ball we play three at the back, off the ball four.
THE MATCH
"The defence played really well, while we were not quick enough up front and we didn't manage to take advantage of the few spaces they left us. I am sure that at San Siro we'll do more, also with the support of our fans.

"Soemthing has changed from last season. There's more than one chance he can stay with us the whole season. He surely is more mature than twelve months ago.

"He made a very important save in a very important moment of the game".
After the match, also the goal scorer Ricardo Rodriguez spoke to the press: "It was not an easy game, but we managed to take home a good result. We are training well, with great intensity and it's normal that physically we are not at our best, but I am sure at San Siro we will improve. The goal? I am really happy, it's an important goal which helped us take home the win. I wanted to take a powerful free-kick and the ball went in. 3-man or 4-man defence? The boss will choose. In Germany, I played both ways. I don't want to promise goals to the fans, but great dedication. I will always try to give everything I have for the team. I am happy to be here".
