MILANELLO: THE TEAM ARE BACK TO WORK
After Coach Pioli gave the Rossoneri squad a day to rest up on Sunday, training got back underway at Milanello yesterday afternoon. Also present at the training session were Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, who gave Coach Pioli a helping hand.
THE REPORT
The team got straight into action, starting today's training with a warm-up drill around cone markers. The warm-up then continued with a series of rondos. Once the first phase of training was complete, the group started a series of technical drills, with fast-paced passing exchanges, crossing and shooting, with all drills completed at the highest intensity possible. After completing a possession drill, today's training ended with the usual training match on a reduced pitch.

Today, there will once again be a single training session in the morning: the team will be getting started at 10:30 CEST.
