MILAN IS LEAVING FOR BORDEAUX
Milan on the field at 10 am at Coach Montella’s rodersi to finalize the preparing before the first seasonal friendly match.
Start dedicated to warm up with basic technical exercises. Then, a look to the tactical part with a workout aimed to the match of tomorrow evening. The training session ends with refining exercises about rapidity and some movements on inactive balls. The team is now at rest before to leave to Agen at 5 pm.
