UEFA Europa League

MILAN BACK TO WORK

After the rest day granted by coach Gattuso, AC Milan returned to training this morning ahead the next Europa League away match against Real Betis.

Training resumed at 11am with an athletic warm-up divided into two groups: the defenders worked on one half of the pitch, while the midfielders and the attackers worked on the other half with a series of exercises for their lower limbs.
The session continued with a rondo and a series of ball possession exercises, alternating with an athletic workout. Finally, the training ended with a half-field match.
The goalkeepers did specific role exercises on the trainers orders, and then joined the teammates during the final match.

Tomorrow the Rossoneri will partake in the final training session by 11am, ahead of the game against Real Betis. Subsequently, the team will have lunch at the Milanello sports centre and then depart in the afternoon for Seville, where the arrival is scheduled for 6.25pm. There will be a press conference by Coach Gattuso and a player at the Benito Villamarin Stadium by 7.30pm.
