MIHAJLOVIC: "WE'LL FIND OUR WAY"
Press conference with coach Mihajlovic ahead of the TIM Cup round of sixteen:
"This is an important game, as I said when we met Perugia and Crotone, and since we are not playing in any European competition, we hope to go through. We have all the qualities to win. The best wish for these 116 years of the club is to repeat what it was done in the past, when Milan won in the league and in the Cups. Even though we had deserved to win in the last two games, we did not manage to do it. However, we are compact, we believe in our target and go on our way".
"We need to be consistent, we have lost only one game, against Juventus, since the game against Napoli. We missed some incisiveness and some luck in the last two games, we know we have to improve and are convinced that we will improve on this side and the results as well. I'm calm and serene, I don't get stressed because I'm brad-shouldered. We go on game by game and let see what happens. We have some players suffering from physical problems, but tomorrow I'll play the best eleven we can. We are fourth in Serie A TIM for creating goalscoring chances and 13th for taking them. The team create chances, but our strikers must be more effective".
"The only way to get out of this situation and of polemics is winning, we need to be confident and believe in what we do, then it becomes all easy. We are used to be whistled, it is of course not pleasant when your fans show their disapproval, but they are free to act as they want as long as they are civilized. We can only accept protests, but this should increase our desire to improve and to turn whistles into applauses".
