MIHAJLOVIC: "A DESERVED WIN, WE HAD COURAGE"
This was what the Rossoblu's coach Sinisa Mihajlovic had to say after Bologna’s 2-1 victory over Sassuolo on Sunday.
“It was a deserved win because we were better than them. Sassuolo are a strong side and play good football. They troubled us but we believed right until the very end and we were rewarded. These are three vital points. We know that staying up relies heavily on our home matches but as of tomorrow we’ll be focused on our crucial match in Bergamo. We’re training well and we have faith – results will come as a result. We thought about bringing Falcinelli on at 1-0 but then decided to go for the win by bringing Destro on after they scored. We had courage and got the win.”
