MARAN'S PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE
Cagliari's coach Rolando Maran spoke in his pre-match press conference on the eve of Cagliari v. Milan, on Mathday 19 of the Serie A TIM 2019/2020.
“We had to be perfect and we weren’t, but it allowed us to be focused throughout this week. We need to get rid of the aura of the defeats, but we will end the first half of the season at sixth place, no matter what. It would be great to overcome this moment against a big team like Milan.”
“The arrival of Ibrahimovic is a good thing for Serie A TIM. I think it’s a positive sign that champions like him play in our League. He will be their focal point; we will have to stop the deliveries. It’s difficult to say, Milan have had a lot of changes this campaign. It’s difficult to prepare for the game. It’s not easy to study them. They have really changed a lot so far.”
