LAZIO: INZAGHI PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE

Simone Inzahi spoke yesterday in the pre-match press conference from Velodrome stadium.

On March 14th 2000, Lazio's coach Inzaghi scored 4 goals against OM in a Champions League match: "I'm sure one of the most important memories of my career binds me in Marseille, it was a magical evening that I still remember with pleasure; scoring four goals in a single Champions League match is an Italian record I’ve kept since. Someone else will succeed in doing so. We hope it will be a source of inspiration. We need to make an important result against a team that has made a pharaonic market. There is the need to pick up points knowing already from the day of the draws that we had not been we must not complain, it must be a stimulus in a beautiful stadium".

FIRST MARSEILLE THEN INTER: “We want to play them in the best way, we know that Marseille and Inter have been built for more, to win championships, we may be behind, but we have to play with Inter. Last year we lost for the difference in the direct clash. A path to growth. We have to play with our ideas and the excellent market, we hope to do better than they have whilst using bigger budgets. We strongly want to go ahead in this competition and face Marseille in the semi-final that last year we deserved before losing to Salzburg".

ON GARCIA AND THE DERBY: “Prepared coach who has done well at Roma and is doing well at Marseille, if for him it is a derby for us it is not, our derby is with Roma, but we have respect for them, it will be a tough match".
