IACHINI PREVIEWS BOLOGNA CLASH

Fiorentina coach Beppe Iachini speaks ahead of Bologna v Fiorentina, Matchday 34 in Serie A.

ON THE MOMENT -  "We have been working on the mentality and on tactics. When I arrived the players were worried, so I needed to work on this, as well as improving defensively. The Sassuolo game is a clear example. Recent results have been better, and so have the performances, and I'm hoping the players will have a free mind going into the final matches. The players have to have the right mentality for the all games, for all 90 minutes. I began last season my adventure with Fiorentina at Bologna, and when I returned last month the situation was similar. We are working in order to play with a free mind. We can't think about who starts, who is on the bench - everyone is important. It's about us, not me."

ON THE FIGHT TO AVOID RELEGATION - "We cannot look at the league table and what others are doing - I told the players. We need to play our football, organised, focused, because every detail makes a difference. No calculations on our end. We need big performances, and not worry. We need to get the best from every match, and I was happy that at the start of the week the players asked me to have a 'ritiro' a day earlier in order to prepare the game at Bologna."

ON BOLOGNA - "Bologna are doing well, Mihajlovic has done a great job and they have quality players. I expect Bologna to be angry after their loss against Atalanta. They have good players in every position, and are coached very well by Mihajlovic."
