GASPERINI'S PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE
Gian Piero Gasperini spoke in the pre-match press conference on the eve of Atalanta-Bologna, Serie A TIM 2018/2019 30th Round.
"Winning right now lets you take a double jump. Our first big objective is to improve our performance levels at home. If we can take advantage of our home fixtures, we could get near the top. At this point of the season, every game can become difficult. I think about the game against ChievoVerona, but I can see that it’s the case for everyone else. This is a decisive time for everyone and the results carry so much weight. Whoever is in an advantageous position has the opportunity to defend it in the last few games. Winning matches right now lets you take a double-jump. Mihajlovic’s done very well at giving Bologna a change of gear. He’s built a balanced but very attacking team.”
