Serie A TIM

BRUGMAN: “PARMA ARE A BIG CLUB, I’M HAPPY TO BE HERE”

One of the new faces of the 2019/20 Parma squad is that of Gaston Brugman, the midfielder born in 1992 who recently arrived from Pescara. Speaking directly from the pre-season training camp in Bad Hall, the Uruguayan player commented on his first impressions as a Crociati player: “I’ve been linked to Parma since last year, now I’m finally here and I’m really pleased because I believe that this is a very big team in Italy. I’m really happy.”

Having already spent years in Italy, Brugman knows Serie A TIM well: “I’ve been in Italy since I was 11 and I know the league well. I’m arriving with humility, ready to give everything to this team. I think that we can achieve great things. Responsibility? Perhaps so, but I’m ready to take it on and I’m very happy with how the first few days with my new teammates have gone. They’ve given me a warm welcome, I’ve been waiting for this opportunity for a long time.
