AS ROMA AT FORUM OF AUGUSTUS FOR ROMA CARES
Mauro Baldissoni, Rudi Garcia, Morgan De Sanctis and Federico Balzaretti were at the Forum of Augustus last night to take part in an event organized as part of the Playing is an Art project.
Also in attendance were Councilor for Culture and Sport Giovanna Marinelli, Councilor for Social Policy Francesca Danese and Mayor of Roma Ignazio Marino, who hosted the evening alongside television presenter Piero Angela.
Spectators were taken on a journey through ancient Rome thanks to the narration of Piero Angela and a series of fantastic clips and video reconstructions showing the city as it once was. It proved to be an exciting, informative insight into the history behind Rome.
All of the seats were bought by the club, which in turn made them available to children from local Case Famiglia social care institutions, in collaboration with Geco Animation and some of the Giallorossi sponsors. All proceeds will be donated to social projects.
